I use a blended model of talking therapy that is individual to each client, using hypnotherapy alongside other tools and techniques, to make the change you want. This is a brief hypnotherapy therapy approach, usually requiring only a limited number of sessions. We look ahead to where you want to be, and how I can help get you there quickly.

Hypnotherapy online means you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home - wherever you are.
All tools and techniques are just as effective online as they are face to face and many clients find it quicker and easier to relax this way. You can get comfortable in your favourite chair and enjoy all the benefits of hypnotherapy online. All online sessions are via Zoom.

Face to face appointments in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, are available on request (dependent on current Covid-19 regulations). Based just a few minutes walk from the town centre, I have a large and comfortable dedicated therapy room, with lovely views across Hebden Bridge.
How It Works
Simple steps to make lasting changes
Step 1 - Get in touch for a chat. This is an opportunity to find out a bit more about each other and how I can help you. It’s your chance to ask any questions and to ensure we find the right approach to achieve your goals.
Step 2 - The first session will be an in-depth look at where you are, where you want to be and how we get there. This is approximately 90 minues.
Step 3 - You access hypnotherapy online or in-person in Hebden Bridge hypnotherapy and/or coaching sessions to work towards making lasting and impactful changed. The number of which is completely dependent on your situation. Each subsequesnt session is usually around one hour
Step 4 - You will receive recordings and online resources that you can use in your own time between sessions.
Once you have achieved your goal you can continue to use resources for general wellbeing and will receive access to any new resources as they become available.
Hypnosis is a completely natural state. We all go in and out of it many times a day. This could be when we drift off or daydream, just before we fall asleep or just as we wake up. That moment when you are walking or driving somewhere and you can't actually remember getting there!
Utilising this completely natural state, hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. This is often referred to as a trance. In this trance you are always in control and hypnotherapy can help you understand and take control of your thoughts and behaviour.
Hypnotherapy bypasses the conscious mind and allows us to work directly with the unconscious mind without those conscious barriers. In trance, you are in a resourceful state, when any positive suggestions that I give to your mind will have maximum impact.
This allows you to accept and embrace positive suggestions quickly.
