I know how well hypnotherapy can work
because it changed my life.
Hypnotherapy has given me the confidence I needed to make positive changes in my life. I believe that using simple and impactful tools and techniques can pull us in the right direction and tap into the potential we have, but that may be underutilised. The process is different for everyone and there is no one size fits all. That is why an integrated and individual approach to hypnotherapy works so well.
To help you make the changes you want and achieve your goal I will be finding out a lot more about you during our sessions. So it is only fair I tell you a bit more about me.
I originally studied film, media, and drama. I then built a very successful career in communications, marketing, and PR. I have had strategic leadership roles for a range of organizations (including the Bank Of New York, the Equal Opportunities Commission, and the National Housing Federation). So I understand language and words and I know what makes a good story. I am fascinated by our internal dialogue and the impact of the stories and words (good and bad) that we all tell ourselves.

For many years I have suffered with mental health issues, in particular anxiety and depression. Related to this, I have also suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. These are all things I still deal with but I know I can manage them due to the therapy I have had and the techniques I have learned.
