It involves lightly tapping with your fingertips on specific acupuncture points while you focus on the thoughts or feelings you want to shift. It is easy to learn, works quickly, and you can use it whenever you need it.

How a session works
Your session is relaxed, supportive and tailored to you. We talk briefly about the issue you want to work on, then move through a simple tapping sequence together. You set the pace and I guide you with clear, straightforward steps. Most people feel a noticeable shift by the end of the first session.
You will also learn how to use tapping at home. This gives you a practical tool you can rely on whenever you need it.
In-person or online
Sessions are available online or in person at The Crichton in Dumfries. Both options work equally well, so you can choose the setting that feels right for you.
