If you simply want to switch off and let go, a general relaxation session is ideal. A bit like a massage for the mind. 

It is certainly possible to look calm and feel anxious at the same time, but if you are truly relaxed, you cant be anxious!
 
So learning how to relax, properly, can be hugely beneficial, as well as a very pleasant experience. 

In this 45-minute session, you will get a personalised guided relaxation session allowing you to drift off and enjoy the experience, feeling refreshed, revitalised, and rejuvenated. I will also provide some useful relaxation hints and tips and breathing exercises to help you relax. 

You also get a recording of the session to use in your own time.
 
Whenever you need to access that comfort and calmness! All for £45.
