Online Hypnotherapy
Change your mind. Change your life.
Looking for online hypnotherapy?
I’m Malcolm Struthers, a qualified hypnotherapist offering online sessions across the UK via Zoom. I work with clients across England, Scotland and Wales (and beyond).
You can access the same support, from your own home, at a time that suits you.
I’ve recently reduced the price of my online hypnotherapy sessions, making them a more affordable option wherever you are.
Online sessions are now £60 per session, or you can book a block of four sessions for £220.
Online hypnotherapy works in much the same way as an in-person session, with time to talk things through, explore practical tools and techniques, and use hypnosis as part of the session.
In-person sessions in Dumfries remain £80 per session, or £280 for four.
Does online hypnotherapy work?
Online hypnotherapy can work well for many people and provides the same structured, personalised approach as an in-person session.
You remain aware and in control throughout. Most people experience it as a calm, focused state, similar to being absorbed in a film or lost in thought.
All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to engage in the process.

How online sessions work
Sessions take place via Zoom.
Before your session, you’ll receive a link and simple instructions. You just need:

A quiet, private space
-
A phone, tablet or laptop

Bill - Starting by successfully supporting me to give up smoking after numerous attempts over 25 years I have gone on working with Malcolm now periodically over a number of years dropping in whenever I’ve felt like improving my relationship to myself and supporting me through change and personal growth so I’ve recommended him to many friends and all have loved his soothing tone and approach.
Joe - Malcolm really puts you at ease with the hypnotherapy process, I found really positive results from our sessions and will definitely be using his services more in the future

FAQs
Is online hypnotherapy really effective?
Yes. Many people find online hypnotherapy helpful. Its suitability depends on what you want to work on, your circumstances and how comfortable you feel working online.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Just a device with internet access. Headphones can help.
What if I get distracted at home?
We plan for that. A quiet space is usually enough.
Can I still be hypnotised online?
Yes. Hypnosis does not depend on being in the same room.
What platform do you use?
I use Zoom, which I find to be the easiest and most stable connection.
